Engineered for optimal cold storage and workflow efficiency, the Thermaster trolley-friendly mini cool rooms are ideal for high-demand commercial kitchens. Loaded trolleys roll straight in — no unloading onto shelves, no double handling, and no product sitting out at ambient while someone transfers it pan by pan.

  • Roll Straight In Compatible with GN1/1, GN2/1 and 400 × 600 mm bakery trolleys — the same trolleys that come out of your prover or oven. Eliminates unloading and reloading between prep, storage, and service. Cool-room capacity without the build: a plug-in unit, with no panels, no floor, and no separate condensing unit to site.
  • Even, Reliable Cooling Fan-forced cooling system for uniform air distribution — important when product is stacked on a trolley rather than spread across shelves. Digital temperature controller for precise temperature monitoring. Operating range: +2 to +10°C.
  • Thermally Efficient 80 mm thick insulation for maximum thermal efficiency. Tropicalised design rated for ambient temperatures up to +43°C.
  • Low Maintenance Automatic defrosting and self-evaporation for low-maintenance operation.
  • Built to Stay Clean Stainless steel AISI 304 construction, interior and exterior, with rounded internal corners for superior hygiene and easy cleaning.
  • Environmentally Considered HC and CFC-free refrigerant and insulation foam.
  • Built for Australian Kitchens 240V, standard 10 A plug — no special outlet required.
