Prep & Salad Fridges

Commercial Prep & Salad Counter Fridges
Accelerate your kitchen workflow and keep your ingredients crisp, fresh, and food-safe with our range of commercial prep and salad fridges. Engineered specifically for fast-paced commercial kitchens, sandwich shops, pizzerias, and cafés, these heavy-duty under-bench fridges bring your ingredients right to your fingertips while maximizing valuable line space.
Every unit in our collection is built to withstand high-volume commercial catering, featuring:
  • Integrated Pan Layouts: Top-mounted cutouts that perfectly accommodate standard Gastronorm (GN) pans for fast, ergonomic ingredient access.
  • Precision Climate Control: Advanced ventilated cooling that keeps your toppings perfectly chilled below 5°C, even with the night lids open during busy service.
  • Heavy-Duty Workspace: Durable, food-grade stainless steel tops that double as a sturdy prep station for chopping, assembling, and plating.
  • Under-Counter Storage: Spacious refrigerated lower cabinets with self-closing doors to keep back-up stock chilled and ready for quick replenishment.
Explore our collection below to find the perfect counter size—ranging from compact 2-door saladettes to high-volume 3-door pizza prep tables—to streamline your service line.
