Polar

If you’re short of space, the Polar U-Series 282 litre counter fridge is a great option for providing flexible chilled food storage. With two GN-compatible drawers and a single door, you can organise your stock to prioritise access to the most-used ingredients.

The solid stainless steel worktop is incredibly robust and acts as either a high quality food prep area or sturdy base for smaller appliances and storage. Everyday use of the fridge is effortless, thanks to the intuitive digital control panel and easy-clean design.

Polar U-Series is the pinnacle of the Polar kitchen refrigeration range, designed to reliably store your most valuable produce. Built to the highest commercial specifications, these units feature powerful forced air cooling – perfect for reducing food waste whilst conserving food taste. If you expect to access the unit very frequently, Polar U-Series refrigeration reliably keeps a consistently cool temperature, even in conditions up to 43°C. Suitable for perishable & non-perishable food items.
