  • Digital temperature controller – Electronic control holds the cabinet at +2 to +8 °C, with fan-forced cooling and natural defrost.
  • Four adjustable glass shelves – Shelf heights adjust to suit cakes, slices, tarts and plated desserts.
  • Sliding rear doors – Rear sliding doors give staff easy access for loading and rotating stock without disturbing the customer-facing display.
