The Polar U-Series four door counter fridge is a high capacity food storage and worktop combination, specifically designed for reliability and flexibility in busy professional kitchens. Highly efficient with A-grade energy rating the Polar counter has advanced insulation and self-closing doors fitted as standard - both features which help to keep running costs down.
Fitted with four adjustable shelves as standard, the premium Polar counter makes it easy to store and access ingredients. And thanks to 1/1GN compatibility, you can quickly swap out trays, transferring food directly into a blast chiller, combi oven or freezer without having to change containers. Forced air cooling ensures temperatures are brought down quickly - even when the doors are being opened regularly - essential in busy pro kitchens. And at the end of a busy service, the strong stainless steel construction throughout and built-in castors ensure the fridge is effortless to clean.
Polar U-Series is the pinnacle of the Polar kitchen refrigeration range, designed to reliably store your most valuable produce. Built to the highest commercial specifications, these units feature powerful forced air cooling - perfect for reducing food waste whilst conserving food taste. If you expect to access the unit very frequently, Polar U-Series refrigeration reliably keeps a consistently cool temperature.
Please note: Climate Class 5 refrigeration is rated for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 18°C to 40°C. However, this product has been tested and approved for use within a wider room temperature range of 10°C to 43°C.
