Looking for a blast chiller that can reduce food temperatures quickly and easily? Then the Polar U-series blast chiller with touchscreen controller will be the product for you.

The powerful cooling functionality ensures you adhere to food hygiene requirements while also retaining the taste, texture, and nutritional value of your dishes. Also, the built-in food probe helps to monitor the cooling process and ensure that the produce meets your required temperature.

The easy-to-use LCD touch screen controller promotes simple and effective programming allowing you to store your own recipes or select from pre-set cycles to suit your product type which can be easily changed at the touch of a button. With the lockable castors you can keep the chiller in-pace while creating an easy removal when cleaning, renovating, or maintaining.

Please note: Climate Class 5 refrigeration is rated for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 18°C to 40°C. However, this product has been tested and approved for use within a wider room temperature range of 10°C to 43°C.

No technician is required to set up this machine, allowing you to use it almost instantly from delivery. This item should not be used for medical storage. Please refer to our catalogue for medical fridge/freezers. Not suitable for use in outdoor & mobile environments including catering vehicles.
