Powerful cooling delivers a consistent temperature during operation, meaning the taste, texture and hygiene of your ice cream isn't compromised. And to further improve hygiene the hinged glass lid not only helps to keep temperatures in check - it also prevents contaminants entering the food when closed. Plus, as the lid is glass, your guests will still be able to view the contents without having to open the unit.

Strong construction throughout provides impressive commercial reliability. Choose the Polar G-Series ice cream freezer if you need a hard-working unit which excels in conditions up to 32°C.
