Need your fresh ingredients close to hand and at the perfect temperature? Using the Polar G-Series countertop prep fridge will make a huge difference to the efficiency of your kitchen. It's designed with space to hold up to seven 1/4GN pans beneath a hinged stainless steel lid - ideal for safely holding pizza toppings, sandwich fillings or any other chilled ingredients which you need quick access to.

Operation is easy - your preferred temperature can be quickly set at the touch of a button, and the digital display makes it easy to monitor your settings. Once service is over, removing the pans and cleaning the unit is equally simple, saving precious clean-up time at the end of a shift.

A prep fridge is designed to maintain ingredients at safe, consistent temperatures during active food preparation, providing quick and convenient access for short-term use. It is intended only for holding ingredients currently in use, supporting efficient workflow and high food safety standards. To ensure optimal performance and proper defrosting, the unit must be switched off once per day.

Polar G-Series kitchen refrigeration is designed for everyday commercial use in demanding professional environments. With strong commercial construction and hard-working compressors, choose G-Series refrigeration if you need a long-lasting, hard-working unit which will be accessed frequently. GN pans are sold separately.

Please note: Climate Class 4 refrigeration is rated for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 16°C to 30°C. However, this product has been tested and approved for use within a wider room temperature range of 10°C to 32°C.
