If you're making sandwiches, burritos, pizza or tacos, the Polar countertop prep fridge is a great solution for keeping your most-used ingredients close to hand. Fitted with a handy sneeze screen, the fridge doesn't just keep ingredients cool - it helps to prevent other contaminants from falling into the quarter-size GN pans - essential for good food hygiene.

Operation couldn't be easier - simply switch on and set a temperature - the Polar accurately keeps the contents at the required setting without fuss. As a handy extra, this unit can also fit neatly on top of the Polar G623 pizza prep fridge for even more prep flexibility.

A prep fridge is designed to maintain ingredients at safe, consistent temperatures during active food preparation, providing quick and convenient access for short-term use. It is intended only for holding ingredients currently in use, supporting efficient workflow and high food safety standards. To ensure optimal performance and proper defrosting, the unit must be switched off once per day.

Polar G-Series kitchen refrigeration is designed for everyday commercial use in demanding professional environments. With strong commercial construction and hard-working compressors, choose G-Series refrigeration if you need a long-lasting, hard-working unit which will be accessed frequently.

GN pans are sold separately.

Please note: Climate Class 4 refrigeration is rated for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 16°C to 30°C. However, this product has been tested and approved for use within a wider room temperature range of 10°C to 32°C.
