Combining a versatile gastronorm-compatible top with a huge capacity triple door base, the counter offers superbly flexible prep and storage in any busy pro kitchen. Whether you're making salads, pizza or sandwiches, this Polar saladette counter provides the capacity, reliability and performance you need to speed up prep whilst promoting great hygiene.

As a handy extra, the counter also features a full-size sneeze screen, helping to protect your fresh ingredients from external contaminants, keeping them safe and hygienic - especially in customer facing areas. And speaking of hygiene, the whole counter is designed for low maintenance, being easy to clean and with strong stainless steel construction throughout.

A prep fridge is designed to maintain ingredients at safe, consistent temperatures during active food preparation, providing quick and convenient access for short-term use. It is intended only for holding ingredients currently in use, supporting efficient workflow and high food safety standards. To ensure optimal performance and proper defrosting, the unit must be switched off once per day.

GN containers are sold separately.

Please note: Climate Class 4 refrigeration is rated for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 16°C to 30°C. However, this product has been tested and approved for use within a wider room temperature range of 10°C to 32°C.
