Designed to fit up to four full size (1/1GN) gastronorm containers across the top and up to 476 litres of storage behind the four doors, the counter offers an impressive capacity - perfect for busy professional kitchens.

With its powerful forced air cooling system, the saladette counter works hard to keep temperatures consistent, regardless of whether ambient temperatures reach up to 32°C or the doors are constantly being opened during a busy service. Across the top, the GN-compatible access helps to keep ingredients easily within reach, helping to speed up your salad, pizza or sandwich prep. All this is protected with strong, easy-clean stainless steel construction and a hygienic full-length sneeze guard - ideal for when the counter is positioned in assisted service areas.

A prep fridge is designed to maintain ingredients at safe, consistent temperatures during active food preparation, providing quick and convenient access for short-term use. It is intended only for holding ingredients currently in use, supporting efficient workflow and high food safety standards. To ensure optimal performance and proper defrosting, the unit must be switched off once per day.

Polar U-Series is the pinnacle of the Polar kitchen refrigeration range, designed to reliably store your most valuable produce. Built to the highest commercial specifications, these units feature powerful forced air cooling - perfect for reducing food waste whilst conserving food taste. If you expect to access the unit very frequently, Polar U-Series refrigeration reliably keeps a consistently cool temperature.

Please note: Climate Class 4 refrigeration is rated for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 16°C to 30°C. However, this product has been tested and approved for use within a wider room temperature range of 10°C to 32°C.
