Ideal for sandwich bars, self-service buffets, pizza parlours or delicatessens, the Polar G-Series energy efficient countertop buffet unit keeps ingredients or toppings perfectly chilled and easy to access, all while reducing overall running costs.

With a built-in chopping/prep board and stylish curved glass hinged lid, the servery unit reliably keeps up to 67 litres of food chilled over four 1/3-size GN pans (sold separately). The configuration can be adjusted according to your needs, allowing 1/6, 1/3 and 2/3 gastronorm pans (sold separately) to be inserted - ideal for stocking larger amounts of more popular menu items. And thanks to its stylish design, the Polar is perfect for both front or back of house use, as well as self-service, assisted service or prep areas. Innovative improvements in energy efficiency throughout provides the Polar countertop display fridge with a reduced energy requirement, without impacting on performance.

Polar G-Series kitchen refrigeration is designed for everyday commercial use in demanding professional environments. With strong commercial construction and hard-working compressors, choose G-Series refrigeration if you need a long-lasting, hard-working unit which will be accessed frequently. The G-Series range excels in conditions up to 32°C.
