Ideal for quick sandwich or salad preparation, the Polar G-Series countertop refrigerated servery keeps up to seven ¼-size GN pans of ingredients perfectly chilled and easily accessible. With digital controls and robust stainless steel construction, the servery is highly durable, easy to use and effortless to clean.

Designed with a built-in continual evaporator, the chiller prevents water build-up in the chilled well, helping to deliver improved energy efficiency and cooling performance. And thanks to the strong glass surround, the Polar helps to promote food hygiene, whether it's positioned in the kitchen or a front of house buffet area. The clever design makes it easy to quickly swap out pans during a service, so you'll always have ingredients on hand with little fuss. A highly effective countertop chiller.

A prep fridge is designed to maintain ingredients at safe, consistent temperatures during active food preparation, providing quick and convenient access for short-term use. It is intended only for holding ingredients currently in use, supporting efficient workflow and high food safety standards. To ensure optimal performance and proper defrosting, the unit must be switched off once per day.

Polar G-Series kitchen refrigeration is designed for everyday commercial use in demanding professional environments. With strong commercial construction and hard-working compressors, choose G-Series refrigeration if you need a long-lasting, hard-working unit which will be accessed frequently.

Please note: Climate Class 4 refrigeration is rated for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 16°C to 30°C. However, this product has been tested and approved for use within a wider room temperature range of 10°C to 32°C.
