With ample storage across eight drawers, generous worktop space and a substantial 2.2-metre width, the Polar U-Series counter fridge is an ideal solution for larger professional kitchens. Designed for reliability, functionality and performance, this counter fridge features forced-air cooling to maintain a stable temperature even when ambient temperatures reach up to 43°C - essential during busy service and hot summer days.

With a total capacity of 211 litres, all eight drawers are designed to accommodate full-size 1/1 gastronorm pans, so you can keep frequently used ingredients close to hand. As GN pans are modular, ingredients can be easily transferred or repositioned between GN-compatible units without the need to change containers, helping save valuable preparation time.

User-friendly digital temperature controls and a clear display allow for precise temperature management, while the off cycle defrost system helps maintain performance and operational efficiency. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the counter fridge provides a robust, easy-to-clean surface suited to demanding commercial kitchen environments. The integrated countertop creates additional workspace, while lockable castors make this Polar U-Series counter fridge easy to position and secure within the kitchen layout.

Please note: Climate Class 5 refrigeration is rated for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 18°C to 40°C. However, this product has been tested and approved for use within a wider room temperature range of 10°C to 43°C.
