This stainless-steel saladette fridge and worktop are designed for cafes, sandwich shops and other commercial kitchens where easy access to various prep items is important.  The trays above the bench space accommodate seven 1/3 GN trays and feature a full-length, closable lid.  Along with a 30cm deep preparation bench and castor wheels for easy manoeuvrability.

Inside, the adjustable two-wire shelves for each door are complemented by unique centre-shelf connectors and have room for four 1/1GN trays or pans.  Equipped with a CUBIGEL compressor and an automated defrosting system, the unit is complemented by a Carel digital controller with an LED temperature display.

R290 Refrigerant is non-toxic, natural, and free of ozone-depleting properties. R290 is one of the most climate-friendly and cost-effective refrigerants available. Fridges and Freezers using this refrigerant are more efficient and can reduce your overall energy costs by up to 28%.

The X-series are designed with dual fans, located at the front and side of the unit.  This frees the rear ventilation space, allowing you to position these models to flush against the back wall.  All you are required for ventilation is to provide 150mm at the side and the front clear from obstructions.

Operation

• The saladette section uses fan‑assisted cooling from underneath the trays. All food must be pre‑refrigerated before placing into the trays. Product temperature retention will vary depending on usage and ambient conditions.
• Keep all dividers and trays fully populated and all lids closed at all times.

Installation and Maintenance

• This unit must be placed, leaving clearance for ventilation.  Please refer to the user manual for details.
• For optimal performance and longevity, the condenser filter on this unit must be cleaned monthly
